Hello, I’m Cathy Maxfield, a REALTOR® with Mansell Real Estate in Midvale, UT. I have 27 years of experience in this market. I’m a certified residential specialist (CRS) and a graduate of the REALTOR®s Institute (GRI). I work with buyers, sellers, and investors of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos, including new construction and recreational properties, all throughout Salt Lake County and anywhere in the state.

I’m a single mother of a son, now a man in his 30s. I’m also a big animal lover. I have 2 dogs, and I rescue and adopt animals. I love the outdoors and staying healthy. This includes playing with my dogs and gardening. It also includes challenging activities like cycling for charities and for fun with friends. Also, hiking, golfing, and working out.
